Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Officer / Replenisher to support our procurement, inventory, and replenishment operations. The role involves accurate data management, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring smooth process flow across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain accurate data for purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, and other supply chain documents in the system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock based on sales trends and store requirements.
  • Update and manage item codes, vendor information, and stock records with precision.
  • Assist in stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation by providing accurate and timely data.
  • Track purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and escalate delays or discrepancies to the relevant department.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movement, procurement status, and replenishment activities.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and retail teams to ensure consistency in data and smooth operational flow.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records of procurement, inventory, and dispatch-related documents.
  • Highlight and report any discrepancies or errors immediately to the supervisor.
  • Ensure completion of assigned tasks within strict timelines and under pressure.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, replenishment, or retail operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).
