Short summary

ABS International (16+ years) is hiring a hands-on Social Media Designer & Manager to create short-form video, social graphics, and manage platform posting and engagement for international campaigns.

Key responsibilities

  • Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) end-to-end.
  • Design social creatives, banners, ads, thumbnails and motion assets.
  • Manage content calendar, schedule posts, and handle basic community engagement.
  • Run A/B tests on thumbnails/creative and optimize for CTR, watch time and conversions.
  • Support Meta paid campaigns (creative testing) and report performance using GA4/Meta Insights.
  • Maintain brand templates, asset library, and export-ready files with SEO-friendly titles & alt text.

Must-have

  • 2–3 years digital/graphic design or social media experience; portfolio required.
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro (Canva/Figma experience).
  • Strong short-form video editing workflow (specs, exports, thumbnail creation).
  • On-site availability for evening shift in Karachi.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable with analytics-led iteration.

Nice to have

  • After Effects or motion-graphics experience.
  • Experience with TubeBuddy/vidIQ, captioning, or social listening tools.
