Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and services.

  • Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs.

  • Handle sales transactions accurately (cash, card, and other payment methods).

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.

  • Maintain store cleanliness, visual displays, and product stock levels.

  • Monitor inventory and report low stock or product issues.

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, or refer them to the supervisor/manager.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and store promotions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Sales-driven with a customer-first attitude.

  • Ability to handle transactions and work with POS systems.

  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

  • Well-groomed, presentable, and professional.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs65,000.00 per month
