We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Head to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) and a strong background in managing multiple retail outlets, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an ASM or equivalent role in retail management.
  • Hands-on experience with sales reports and retail performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall retail operations and ensure smooth store performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Supervise and guide store managers and retail teams.
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for seamless retail execution.
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
