Business Relationship Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to strengthen our presence in the healthcare and event management sectors. The BRM will serve as a trusted partner to clients, identifying their business needs, promoting our innovative products (such as patient engagement platforms, appointment booking systems, and event ticketing solutions), and ensuring seamless customer experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing acumen, relationship-building skills, and the flexibility to attend onsite client visits as part of their engagement strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, event organizers, and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development & Marketing
- Market and position company products and solutions tailored to the healthcare and event management industries.
- Identify new sales opportunities, prepare proposals, and deliver product presentations/demos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Onsite Client Engagement
- Be available for onsite visits to healthcare facilities, event venues, and partner offices.
- Conduct needs assessments, gather feedback, and ensure product adoption aligns with client goals.
- Strategic Alignment
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Business Operations) to ensure client requirements are addressed.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to guide product development.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track sales pipeline, client interactions, and progress against business targets.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business relationship management, sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of marketing and selling products in healthcare, event management, or similar domains.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel for onsite client visits (regional/national).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50, Rs200,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Islamabad
