MyLearningLabs is a fast-growing tutoring institute based in the United States, dedicated to supporting students in their academic success. We are now seeking a Remote Admin & Admissions Officer based in Pakistan to oversee administrative operations, manage student admissions, and be the first point of contact for parents and students.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone confident, organised, and passionate about education who can manage U.S.-based operations while working remotely.

What We Offer:

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for parents and students via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Managing the full admissions process, from initial enquiry to enrolment.
  • Booking and conducting induction sessions for students confidently (on camera when required).
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process and proper documentation for all new students.
  • Coordinating schedules with tutors and updating records regularly.
  • Handling daily administrative tasks such as database management, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Providing clear communication and support to both students and families to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral/clear accent.
  • Confident on camera for inductions and presentations.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (evenings/nights in PK time).
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM tools.
  • Must have a laptop/PC, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
