Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Activation Strategist, located in Karachi. The individual will be tasked with creating and executing strategic brand plans to enhance brand identity and activation initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with creative teams, managing brand development, executing branding campaigns, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The role requires regular communication with clients and internal teams to maintain cohesion and achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Leading brand activation planning with a stronger focus on strategy, consumer journey mapping and KPI-driven outcomes.
  • Overseeing campaign execution with cross-team alignment across creative, production and on ground deployment.
  • Providing creative direction, ensuring concepts meet brand tone while delivering measurable impact.
  • Managing client conversations end-to-end — from brief to execution to performance review.
  • Driving innovation in experiential marketing and scaling activation ideas for regional rollouts
  • Design and execute engaging activation strategies that aligned with client goals.
  • Research target audiences to identify key engagement touchpoints.
  • Create promotional events and on the ground activation for memorable consumer experience.
  • Work with creative and execution teams for cohesive campaign execution.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills, with the ability to turn ideas into engaging presentations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think both big-picture and detail-oriented

Requirement:

  • Must have previous agency working experience in strategy development for BTL / Activation.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
