We're looking for a Creative & Social Media Account Manager who can bridge client needs with creative execution. If you can decode client emails into actionable briefs, guide designers with ideas and references, and stay on top of social media trends, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the main link between clients and the creative team
  • Decode client emails/briefs into clear, actionable tasks
  • Support designers with ideas, references, and social media trend insights
  • Review creative work for alignment with brand goals before client sharing
  • Use Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to support ideation and quick turnarounds
  • Track social media design formats and industry trends to keep content relevant
  • Manage timelines and keep clients updated with fast, clear communication

You have:

  • 2+ years in account/project management (preferably in creative/digital agencies)
  • Strong understanding of design workflows + social media content
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Canva & AI tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing personality with a willingness to learn and evolve
