Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

The Social Media Manager will oversee and optimize the company's online presence across various platforms. This role involves creating, managing, and executing strategic content plans, running ad campaigns, and driving audience engagement. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, with a passion for digital marketing and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with company goals.


• Manage daily operations of all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).


• Create engaging and high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts.


• Plan, manage, and analyze Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns.


• Utilize tools such as Zapier, Calendly, and Facebook Business Suite to streamline workflows and lead management.


• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.


• Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and ROI.


• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maintain brand consistency and tone.


• Engage with followers and online communities to build relationships and enhance brand reputation.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).


• Experience managing and posting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.


• Proficiency with Zapier, Calendly, and Facebook Business Suite.


• Graphic design experience is a must (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator).


• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.


• Ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategy based on performance data.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Experience in the security services or technology industry is an asset.
