We're Hiring: Head of Creative – Radisson Blu Islamabad

Radisson Blu Islamabad is on the lookout for a highly skilled Graphic Designer with the vision and leadership to head our creative department.

This is a senior role where design talent meets strategic direction — ideal for someone who can balance hands-on creativity with team leadership.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse creative team including videographer, editor, content writer, and social media specialist.


• Take ownership of the overall brand identity, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and on-ground communication.


• Oversee the design and production of marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media campaigns, and print collateral.


• Drive concept development and execution of creative ideas that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences.


• Stay ahead of market trends, design innovations, and industry best practices, applying them to strengthen the brand presence.


• Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into creative strategies.


• Manage workflows, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative output.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong and versatile design portfolio.


• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage creative teams in a fast-paced environment.


• Solid understanding of branding, visual identity, and storytelling.


• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).


• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.


• A passion for creativity, innovation, and aesthetic excellence.
