About the Role:

OOP Technologies is looking for a Customer Care Representative Intern to join our team in the packaging industry. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a professional environment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling customer phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Support the team in answering product-related queries.
  • Help maintain records of customer orders and feedback.
  • Learn how to manage customer complaints in a polite and professional way.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with service.
  • Gain knowledge about packaging materials and company products.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Good spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Friendly personality and willingness to help customers.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
  • Internship or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Location: Iqbal Town, Lahore

Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
