Job Title: Account Executive (Sales) – US Market

Location: On-site (Bahria Town, Phase 7, Islamabd)

Shift Timings: Night Shift (6 pm - 3 am)

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and driven Account Executives (Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong upselling and customer retention skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with US-based customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with US customers to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and maximize revenue potential.
  • Handle customer retention by providing excellent service and resolving concerns.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication in English (American accent preferred).
  • Strong sales, upselling, and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in US-based campaigns (BPO/Call Center experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work night shifts.
  • Energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused.
