Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for a Manager – Financial Crime Control. The Manager will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and mitigating financial crimes within the organization. Daily tasks include conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing anti-fraud policies, monitoring transactions for suspicious activity, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of risk management, risk assessment, and compliance
  • Experience with anti-fraud policies, anti-money laundering (AML), and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT)
  • Proficiency in data analysis, transaction monitoring, and forensic investigation
  • Excellent reporting and documentation skills
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) are a plus
