Sales Engineer

About the Role:
Alpha Corporation is looking for a proactive and passionate Sales Engineer with a background in Biomedical Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales, client interaction, and business development, with the confidence to take initiative and seize opportunities. This role requires someone with a sales mindset, energetic, self-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities within assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry professionals.
- Conduct meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and customer documentation.
- Maintain organized records of visits, leads, forecasts and sales performance.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with service and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Travel across Pakistan(approximately 30% out-of-city travel) for meetings and client visits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering (required).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A sales-oriented and opportunity-driven mindset.
- Confidence to work independently and handle field responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
