Marketing Executive

who will play a key role in driving digital presence, brand visibility, and content effectiveness across all NUR-FMS institutions. The role requires a proactive, creative, and highly organized individual with strong digital acumen, excellent English-language proficiency, and a passion for producing impactful, viral-ready content—especially reels, short-form videos, and social media storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Content Creation & Reels Development

  • Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.
  • Identify and adapt trending formats, viral opportunities, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Manage content shoots across FMH, SWCON, NIU, NSLP, NUR Foundation programs, and related campuses.
  • Build storytelling-driven content showcasing student life, academic programs, hospital services, faculty highlights, patient-centric stories, and community outreach.

Marketing & Communication Support for All Entities

  • Coordinate with entity focal persons to understand requirements and translate them into timely outputs.
  • Assist in developing annual and campaign-based marketing plans for healthcare, academic, and philanthropic initiatives.
  • Support MarComms in executing admissions campaigns, service line promotions, donor communications, and outreach events.

Creative Development & Social Media Management

  • Research and propose trending, innovative, and high-impact content ideas tailored to each entity's audience.
  • Assist in managing social media calendars, captions, English copywriting, and brand voice consistency.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and digital marketing teams for multi-format content.

On-Ground Coverage & Coordination

  • Provide coverage for events, workshops, hospital activities, seminars, and campus happenings.
  • Collect interviews, testimonials, and micro-content from students, faculty, patients, and stakeholders.

Branding & Quality Control

  • Ensure all content aligns with NUR-FMS brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Conduct quality checks on grammar, captions, storytelling structure, and visual presentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field from an HEC recognized institute.
  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in healthcare or education sectors.
  • Proven portfolio of short-form content, reels, videos, or social media campaigns.
  • Strong command of English writing, storytelling, and captioning for digital audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
  • Familiarity with hospital, healthcare, or academic branding, admissions, and patient/student engagement.
  • Excellent creative, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
