Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated Credentialing Specialists
 to join our team. Whether you're an experienced professional or a fresh graduate ready to start your career, if you have strong communication skills and attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in completing provider credentialing and enrollment applications with insurance payers (Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing records.
  • Verify provider documentation, licenses, certifications, and affiliations.
  • Track revalidations, license expirations, and other credentialing deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal departments.
  • Ensure all processes comply with HIPAA and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in credentialing or healthcare administration.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and other PC tools.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Must be comfortable working 
    night shifts (US Hours)

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
