Position Overview:

The Value Engineering is seeking a Senior SQA Engineer with a strong background in both manual and automated testing to join our growing software team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality, reliability, and performance across our development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases (manual and automated).
  • Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality throughout the SDLC.
  • Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and share best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with hands-on experience in manual testing.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Cypress) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
