Key Responsibilities

·      Identify, filter, and bid on relevant projects daily on Upwork, Bark and other freelancing platforms.

·      Write customized proposals aligned with client requirements.

·      Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

·      Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements, timelines, and cost estimations.

·      Negotiate with potential clients to close deals.

·      Maintain records of bids, proposals, responses, and conversions.

·      Meet monthly KPIs for proposals sent, positive responses, and project wins.

Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree (Business, IT, or related field preferred).

·      Prior experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a business development role in IT services.

·      Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

·      Strong understanding of IT services, including web/mobile development, SaaS, AI solutions, and staff augmentation.

·      Ability to draft professional, concise, and persuasive proposals.

·      Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented personality.
