Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Technical Upwork Bidder
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development services (Web, Mobile, SaaS, and Design) and a proven track record of generating leads, writing effective proposals, and managing clients through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

You will play a key role in building the company's profile from scratch, securing projects, and establishing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize Upwork profiles and portfolios to attract international clients.
  • Identify suitable projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms and write compelling, customized proposals.
  • Manage the complete bidding process — from proposal submission to client communication and project closure.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand service offerings (MERN, React, Node, , NestJS, UI/UX, etc.).
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into successful projects.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on proposals sent, responses received, and conversions.
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Project Management teams to align targets and delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years
    of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive in a software house.
  • Strong understanding of
    software development technologies
    (React, , MERN Stack, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
    English
    .
  • Experience in building
    Upwork profiles from scratch
    and improving success ratios.
  • Ability to write
    custom, persuasive, and technically sound
    proposals.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
