Position Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented and creative Marketing Manager to join our Islamabad team. This role will focus on executing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and supporting the brand presence of QANZAK GLOBAL across local and international markets. The candidate will work closely with the Sharjah HQ to align local execution with the company's overall marketing and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Strategy Support

• Implement marketing plans and digital campaigns developed in coordination with the Sharjah head office.
• Research local and regional market trends to provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking for all ongoing marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Execute paid and organic campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
• Manage website SEO, content updates, and analytics to ensure consistent traffic growth.
• Support sales teams with qualified lead generation through targeted campaigns and automation tools.
• Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and similar tools.

Content & Brand Management

• Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce engaging material (blogs, case studies, social posts, videos, email newsletters).
• Ensure consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all communication channels.
• Localize marketing content for regional relevance while maintaining brand standards.

Collaboration & Team Management

• Work collaboratively with the Sharjah-based Marketing Head and cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, IT).
• Manage a small marketing execution team and external vendors/freelancers for campaign tasks.
• Assist in organizing company events, webinars, and outreach campaigns in Pakistan.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor and report marketing performance metrics weekly and monthly.
• Use data insights to recommend optimizations for campaign ROI, engagement, and conversion.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing management, preferably in IT, SaaS, or AI-based companies.
• Proven experience in SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
