Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in the Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi Division. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the online sales and digital marketing strategies, manage e-commerce website operations, analyze sales data, and develop marketing plans. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, improving user experience, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
  • Proven Sales experience to drive online sales and meet targets
  • Experience in E-Commerce to manage and optimize online platforms
  • Marketing skills to develop and execute digital marketing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the publishing or book industry is a plus
