Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi Division for an Ecommerce Manager. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee and manage the company's online retail presence. This includes daily tasks such as monitoring web analytics, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing online product listings, ensuring optimal user experience on the website, overseeing the online sales process, and working closely with the sales team to meet sales targets. The role also involves evaluating and enhancing online marketing strategies to increase overall traffic and sales.

Qualifications

  • Strong E-Commerce experience and understanding of online retail
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Effective Communication and Sales skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Marketing skills to develop and execute online marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools and ecommerce platforms
  • Ability to work on-site in the Karachi Division
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the book retail industry is a plus
