About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B lead generation through LinkedIn and email marketing, with proven experience in the IT services industry. You will play a key role in identifying prospects, building relationships, and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and outbound campaigns.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients within the IT services sector.
- Craft and send personalized outreach messages and structured follow-up sequences.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and campaign performance in CRM systems.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation and conversion metrics.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Lead Generation within the IT services industry.
- Demonstrated success in LinkedIn B2B lead generation and email outreach campaigns.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and lead tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.
