About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Support & Manager to oversee the company's IT infrastructure, ensure smooth system operations, and maintain robust network and system security. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with firewalls, Active Directory, network administration, and system security management within a fast-paced IT or tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, routers, switches, and end-user systems.
  • Implement, monitor, and update network and system security measures to protect company data and systems.
  • Administer and manage Active Directory, group policies, user accounts, and access controls.
  • Ensure smooth operation of LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
  • Perform regular system audits and apply necessary security patches and updates.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, network improvements, and security implementations.
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, maintenance, and support.
  • Train and supervise junior IT staff or support technicians as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
  • Strong expertise in firewall management (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, or Palo Alto).
  • In-depth understanding of network security protocols, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Windows Server environments.
  • Knowledge of system hardening, data backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications (Plus Points):

  • CompTIA Network+ / Security+
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or Server Administrator
  • Cisco CCNA / CCNP
  • Fortinet NSE or equivalent
