Job Purpose:

As a Web Chat Specialist at Eminent4U Pvt Ltd, you are pivotal in fostering our customer support team. In this interactive role, you will engage with customers through web-based chat platforms, offering solutions, guiding product selection, and providing comprehensive support. Your communication will embody the company's commitment to exceptional service, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities and KPIs:

  • Provide real-time assistance and support to customers via web chat.
  • Understand customer needs, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results and targets.
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in written communication with excellent typing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric focus.
  • Capable of handling multiple chats simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
