We are looking for a Sales – Upsell Specialist who is passionate about design, websites, and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will engage with existing and potential clients to upsell website and design packages. You'll be provided with qualified leads, your role is to build relationships, identify client needs, and convert them into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and chat to understand their business needs.
  • Pitch website design, development, and branding services to potential clients.
  • Upsell additional services to existing customers (e.g., logo, SEO, maintenance, redesign).
  • Manage and nurture client relationships for long-term retention.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain client data and activity logs in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the design and development team for smooth project handover.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (English proficiency required).
  • Prior experience in sales, upselling, or design/web agency roles preferred.
  • Good understanding of website design and digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to handle international clients confidently.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
