EVENT MANAGER / EVENT COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Active participation in event planning
  • Coordination with various vendors, venues
  • Coordination in between design team and various vendors
  • Onsite supervision & on call supervision during the setup of event
  • Cooridnation with client during exeuction [No Sales Work]
  • Involvement in purchasing / billing of the event
  • Knowledge of MS Office is MUST
  • Must have motor bike [its field work]
  • 4 - 6 days per month late sitting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs80,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • event: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • motor bike lic (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
