Job Description:

Gatronova is looking for a proactive and analytical
Business Analyst
to work closely with the Director in supporting strategic planning, business performance analysis, and cross-functional decision-making. The ideal candidate will have excellent command over Excel, strong communication skills, and a keen business sense. This position offers a great opportunity to work directly alongside senior leadership and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director in creating business reports, presentations, and strategic insights.
  • Analyze data sets to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain financial and business models using Microsoft Excel.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing plants to gather business data and prepare performance reviews.
  • Prepare executive summaries and recommendations based on business findings.
  • Deliver clear and concise reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • ICMA/ACCA with atleast 2 years post qualification experience.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in business/financial analysis or similar role.
