Introduction:

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Handle communications via email, phone, and internal channels; document and escalate important messages.
  • Draft official correspondence including memos, emails, letters, presentations, educational materials, and reports.
  • Manage the Senior Manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel and logistics.
  • Maintain and update electronic dashboards (Power BI/Excel) on performance indicators and service efficiency.
  • Coordinate with facility teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports for review.
  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions, personnel requisitions, and payment requests (e.g. transport reimbursement for field staff).
  • Track vendor invoices, ensure timely approvals, and coordinate with Finance for payments.

Requirements:

You should have:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in administrative or operational roles, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal abilities
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI knowledge
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
    • Ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems, and work independently
    • Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts when required
