Weaverex Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented "Office Manager" with a solid understanding of **Website Development, Graphics, and SEO** to manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination across our technical and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks.

* Supervise and coordinate the "Website Development, Graphics, and SEO teams"

* Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met.

* Provide basic technical input and guidance on web, graphics, and SEO-related tasks.

* Maintain effective communication between management and departmental teams.

* Implement efficient processes to enhance productivity and team performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. (preferred)

* Prior experience in office management or project coordination.

* Basic knowledge of Website Development, Graphics, and SEO is mandatory.

* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
