About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an HR & Project Manager. This is a dual-role position where you will be responsible for managing core human resources functions while also overseeing and coordinating key company projects. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and able to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and local labour laws.

Support employee performance management and training initiatives.

Act as a point of contact for staff queries and concerns.

Project Management

Plan, coordinate, and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery.

Communicate with team members and stakeholders to align project goals.

Track progress, prepare reports, and identify potential risks or delays.

Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.

Requirements:

Proven experience in HR and/or project management roles (minimum 2–3 years preferred).

Strong communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).

Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with HR practices and project management tools will be an advantage.
