We're hiring a Project Manager (Software)

Looking for someone who can
own end-to-end delivery
and keep our agile teams running smoothly.


Must-haves


• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)


• Highly responsive & proactive with risk management


• Strong Agile/Scrum skills – backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, retros, velocity tracking


• Experience managing dev teams: capacity planning, clear handoffs, release readiness


Nice to have


• Technical background (can read tickets/PRs)


• Familiarity with Jira (or similar), GitHub/GitLab, Slack, Notion/Confluence


• Certifications (CSM/PSM, PMP)


Experience


• 1–3+ years managing software projects/products


• Proven track record of on-time, quality delivery
