Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing WordPress websites to deliver seamless user experiences and drive online success.

Key Responsibilities

  • WordPress Development: Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites tailored to client needs.
  • Customization: Build and modify themes, plugins, and child themes to create unique solutions.
  • Optimization: Ensure responsive, secure, and SEO-friendly designs with strong performance.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate design and functionality smoothly.
  • Maintenance: Update WordPress websites regularly for performance, security, and functionality.
  • Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years hands-on WordPress development (themes, hooks/filters, WP REST API).
  • Strong PHP fundamentals plus HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6).
  • Proven experience with WooCommerce setup, customization, and payment/shipping integrations.
  • Experience in performance optimization (caching, image optimization, minification, DB cleanup).
  • Familiarity with Git workflow and staging/CI environments.
  • Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of WordPress frameworks and page builders (Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi).
  • Understanding of e-commerce, CMS, and online retail systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
