The Dreamial Marketing Agency (TDMA) is hiring a Lead Generation & Upwork Bidder Intern to join our business development team onsite. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have experience or understanding of client acquisition, Upwork bidding, and digital sales — and are eager to grow within a performance-driven agency environment.

What You'll Work On

  • Generating leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
  • Writing effective and customized proposals for potential clients
  • Maintaining communication and follow-ups with leads to close deals
  • Researching clients and identifying new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with design, marketing, and sales teams to align strategies
  • Tracking proposal performance and conversions

Skills We're Looking For

  • Prior experience or good understanding of lead generation and Upwork bidding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Ability to craft persuasive proposals and client messages
  • Confident, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus

Requirements

  • Graduate or have done a course in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Based in Lahore and available to work onsite in Johar Town.
  • Knowledge of Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Dedicated, disciplined and eager to learn and grow.
