We're looking for a
Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist
(LinkedIn + Email)
who can build a strong sales pipeline through
personalized outreach, data-driven strategies, and smart automation
.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Execute and Optimize
    Email Marketing Campaigns
    to generate and nurture leads.
  • Develop and run
    personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns
    targeting C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Use tools like
    , , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and HubSpot/Zoho
    for lead sourcing, outreach, and performance tracking.
  • Build and segment email lists and manage LinkedIn connections to align with targeting goals.
  • Research market trends and identify new business opportunities through
    content-driven prospecting
    .
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, content, design) to align messaging across email and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in
    LinkedIn algorithms, GDPR/email compliance, and B2B lead gen tactics
    .


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years
    of experience in
    Email marketing and LinkedIn-based B2B Lead Generation
    .
  • Proven ability to write
    engaging, personalized messaging
    for outbound campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of
    B2B funnels, buyer personas, and conversion-driven outreach
    .
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like
    Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
    .
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written + verbal).
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
    .


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with
    A/B testing, email deliverability optimization
    , and
    campaign automation
    .
  • Knowledge of
    content marketing for outreach
    (LinkedIn posts, articles, engagement tactics).

  • Prior experience working with
    tech or digital services
    is a big plus.
