About the Role:

We're looking for a talented
Videographer & Editor
with hands-on
podcast production experience
to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video and audio content, managing multi-camera podcast setups, and editing engaging final videos optimized for YouTube and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Film and produce podcast episodes, ensuring top-notch video and audio quality.
  • Set up cameras, lighting, and sound equipment for in-studio and on-location shoots.
  • Edit podcast episodes for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms — including color correction, sound balancing, and motion graphics.
  • Collaborate with hosts, producers, and marketing teams to develop visual styles and storytelling approaches.
  • Manage video files, backups, and project organization efficiently.
  • Stay updated with podcast trends and video editing techniques to ensure content remains dynamic and professional.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a
    videographer and video editor
    , preferably in a podcast or talk show environment.
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Premiere Pro
    ,
    Final Cut Pro
    , or
    DaVinci Resolve
    .
  • Basic knowledge of
    After Effects
    or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and audio recording.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with
    YouTube content optimization
    and social media editing formats.
  • Familiarity with
    multi-camera podcast setups
    (e.g. Sony, or Canon systems).
  • Knowledge of audio post-production tools (e.g., Audition, Logic Pro).
