We are looking for a talented and motivated AI/ML Developer with a minimum of 2+ years of experience to join our team and contribute to building intelligent agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy ML pipelines and LLM-powered applications from scratch.
  • Fine-tune, prompt, and integrate state-of-the-art LLMs (OpenAI, LLa MA, Mistral, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Apply advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool use, and embedding search.
  • Develop and maintain multi-agent systems using frameworks such as ElizaOS, Lang Chain, Llama Index, Auto Gen, Crew AI, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Integrate AI agents with external APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and cloud services.
  • Optimize model inference for production-scale workloads, ensuring low latency and efficient memory usage.
  • Set up scalable infrastructure for model training, evaluation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement guardrails (hallucination mitigation, toxicity filtering, structured outputs) to ensure reliable, secure, and ethical AI behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and data) to define AI-driven use cases and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, agentic frameworks, and multi-modal AI to help shape our technical roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python

(must) and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript or Go (nice-to-have).
- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLA MA, Mistral, etc.) and orchestration frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index, Auto Gen, Crew AI, Semantic Kernel).
- Knowledge of retrieval systems & vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS).
- Familiarity with microservices, APIs (REST/GraphQL), and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub).
- Understanding of containerization & cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs (JSON/function calling), and fine-tuning techniques.
- Awareness of data privacy (PII handling, GDPR compliance) and security in AI workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, system design, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with multi-modal AI (vision, audio + text).
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning or feedback-driven agent training.
  • Background in semantic search, knowledge graphs, or ontology design.
  • Exposure to Web3/blockchain integrations (on-chain AI agents, decentralized identity, or payments).
