Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented
AI Automation Engineer
to join our team and work on
automating day-to-day tasks for sales and operational teams
. This includes extracting insights from
WhatsApp conversations, historical email data, and web searches
, and building
intelligent pipelines and automation workflows
.

What You'll Do:

  • Build
    AI-powered automation solutions
    for business workflows.
  • Extract, clean, and process data from multiple sources (WhatsApp, emails, web).
  • Implement
    LLM-based solutions
    , RAG pipelines, and agentic AI architectures.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate automation into daily operations.
  • Optimize existing processes for efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of professional experience as an
    AI/ML Engineer
    or Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    LLMs, RAG, or Agentic AI
    .
  • Experience with
    data scraping, preprocessing, and workflow automation
    .
  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
    and API integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
