Detailed job description of a Multimedia Manager at CCCF:
1. Developing and implementing media strategies to raise awareness about the psychosocial support services available to pediatric oncology patients and their families.

  1. Creating engaging content, including posts, videos, photography, info graphics, and blog articles, to share stories, resources, and information related to pediatric cancer care and psychosocial support on various social media platforms.

  2. Monitoring social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the pediatric oncology community, including patients, families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and advocacy groups.

  3. Responding to inquiries, comments, and messages from followers and stakeholders on all media platforms e.g. website or social media accounts etc.; in a timely and professional manner, providing support, information, and resources as needed.

  4. Collaborating with hospital or volunteer's marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across social media channels and other communication channels.

  5. Planning and executing social media campaigns and events to promote awareness, education, and fundraising efforts for pediatric oncology programs and initiatives.

  6. Analyzing social media metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of social media activities and inform future strategies and decision-making.

  7. Developing partnerships and collaborations with influencers, organizations, and community stakeholders to expand reach and engagement on social media platforms.

  8. Staying informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing and healthcare communications to continually improve and innovate social media strategies and tactics.
