Position Summary:
The Senior HR Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing core HR functions, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance. This role serves as a strategic HR partner to management and a trusted resource for employees, driving a culture of engagement, performance, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring timely hiring aligned with organizational needs.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, talent pipelines, and recruitment metrics.
- Oversee onboarding programs ensuring new employees integrate effectively.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring fair resolution and adherence to HR policies.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and exit interviews to enhance workplace satisfaction.
3. Performance Management
- Administer and monitor the performance appraisal process, KPIs, and goal-setting frameworks.
- Support line managers in developing performance improvement plans and employee development programs.
4. Policy & Compliance
- Implement HR policies in line with company standards and local labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EOBI, Social Security, Gratuity, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
5. Learning & Development
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate internal/external training sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and track employee development progress.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Support in payroll validation, salary reviews, and market benchmarking.
- Manage employee benefits programs and maintain updated compensation data.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialist capacity.
- Certifications (preferred): SHRM-CP, PHR, CHRP, or equivalent.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Recruitment lead time and quality of hire.
- Employee retention and engagement scores.
- Policy compliance rate and audit results.
- Training completion and effectiveness metrics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60, Rs90,000.00 per month
