Business Development Specialist
with a Passion for growth, building meaningful relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do:
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and engage with potential clients.
- Explore and manage opportunities on Upwork & Fiverr, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships while understanding their unique business needs.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to craft tailored proposals.
- Strategize and execute business development plans to achieve revenue targets and company growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 1 to 1.5 Years of Experience.
- Proven
track record in IT business development with international clients. - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and freelance platforms like Upwork & Fiverr.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with team goals.
- Remote availability in PST working hours.
