About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented
Business Development Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth through strategic sales and partnerships. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable engaging with prospects across different channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with company offerings.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report business development activities and pipeline progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Specialist, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools ) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
