We are looking for Senior Recruiters with extensive experience in U.S. recruitment, particularly in sourcing and hiring top-performing sales professionals along with other corporate roles. This role demands a proven track record of managing the complete recruitment cycle—from attracting and assessing candidates to ensuring seamless onboarding.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will partner with business leaders and department heads to fulfill current and future workforce needs, with a strong emphasis on building high-performing sales teams. You will also mentor junior recruiters and implement best practices to strengthen recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead recruitment strategies with a strong focus on hiring sales personnel for U.S. markets.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales and non-sales positions, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Build robust talent pipelines using databases, referrals, professional networks, and digital platforms.
  • Craft job descriptions and recruitment campaigns tailored to attract high-caliber sales talent.
  • Conduct detailed screenings and structured interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, competencies, and sales acumen.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business growth objectives.
  • Provide strategic insights on talent trends, especially in the U.S. sales market.
  • Guide, mentor, and support junior recruiters in executing effective hiring practices.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure process optimization and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in U.S. recruitment, with strong expertise in sales hiring.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully recruit sales professionals across entry to senior levels.
  • Strong interviewing skills across multiple methods (structured, competency-based, role-play for sales, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with selection processes including phone screenings, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Proficiency with ATS, CMS, and HR databases.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading recruitment teams preferred.
