Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will lead and oversee all marketing, branding, and communication efforts for Idara Al-Khair Welfare Society. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, responsible for building the organization's public image, engaging key stakeholders, and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication across all facilities and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

*Strategic Marketing & Communication

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, branding, and communication strategies aligned with the NGO's mission and goals.

*Create impactful campaigns to engage donors, volunteers, beneficiaries, and the general public.

*Manage social media channels, website content, newsletters, and donor communications.

*Coordinate media relations, including writing press releases, pitching stories, and managing PR efforts.

*Work closely with fundraising and program teams to develop targeted communication materials and donor appeals.

*Plan and execute awareness campaigns, community events, and advocacy initiatives.

*Build partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and community organizations to amplify the NGO's voice.

*Ensure all communication materials reflect the organization's values and brand guidelines.

Team & Workflow Management

*Assign tasks to team members and ensure clear delegation of responsibilities.

*Manage deadlines and ensure all projects are delivered on time.

*Handle employee conflicts and enforce employee discipline where necessary.

*Develop and oversee employees' daily schedules to ensure smooth operations. *

*Provide creative direction and brainstorming for posts, campaigns, and storytelling content across all platforms.

*Ensure that content calendars for each facility page are prepared at least two weeks in advance.

* Review and approve all content before posting to maintain consistency and quality.

*Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, track progress, and resolve bottlenecks. Performance & Innovation

*Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities using analytics tools.

*Continuously research and implement creative ideas to strengthen digital presence (videos, reels, impact stories, testimonials, campaigns).

*Innovate new ways to highlight impact stories of students, teachers, and community beneficiaries. *Support capacity-building by training staff on storytelling, digital communication, and content creation.

Other Responsibilities (Specific to Idara Al-Khair)

*Work closely with facility heads to source authentic stories, photos, and updates from campuses, medical centers, and community projects.

*Develop donor-specific reports, presentations, and success stories in collaboration with program teams. *Ensure documentation and archiving of all campaigns, reels, and communication materials for donor and internal reporting.

*Contribute to fundraising initiatives by designing engaging donor appeals and recognition campaigns. *Represent Idara Al-Khair at community events, exhibitions, or donor meetings when required.
