Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical HR position at Initiant Inc. The role involves handling day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Performance Management and HR Compliance knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Design and implement HR policies that support both compliance and culture.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Engineering, Product, IT).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical skill requirements.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using modern ATS and tools.
  • Design and implement HR policies that support both compliance and culture.
  • Drive employee engagement, onboarding, and performance management.

  • 2–4 years of experience in
    Technical HR / Talent Acquisition

  • Strong knowledge of IT & technical job roles.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
