Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions including attendance, leave, employee records, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth HR operations and policy compliance across the organization.

Location: NASTP-Rawalpindi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee attendance, leave, and personnel records in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries and reimbursements.
  • Handle staff medical insurance and related documentation.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical and HR interview rounds.
  • Manage the employee exit process and maintain related documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and other HR-related matters.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Support performance appraisal activities and maintain performance data.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Communicate and coordinate with external stakeholders such as universities and partner organizations.
  • Perform any other HR or administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and labor laws.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS or related HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
