The ideal candidate will possess a pleasant personality and hold a Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources. A very focused person with strong networking skills. Preferably with 5-10 Years of experience in the similar industry. Experience in hiring mainly Technical positions, Technical Sales, System Engineers, Backend developers, Tech support engineers, Marketing, Finance and Project Manager positions. The candidate must be familiar with latest jtrends, tools and techniques used for hiring and headhunting including LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc. Responsible for implementation of HR Policies, Staff Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, KPI, Maintaining Employees Personal files and all HR related.

Responsibilities:

Manage a full recruitment cycle

Work with hiring managers to consult on hiring plans to meet staffing needs.

Proactively build pipelines while identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, candidate referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.

Technical industry knowledge with a general comprehension of relevant tech skills, target companies, engineering communities, and university sources.

Strong leadership skills including communication, delivery of results.

Must have strong computer skills and Headhunting Skills.

Pre-screen candidates for their technical skills and behavioral skills as well as conduct reference checks

Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to proactively identify target markets, key skill sets.

Prioritize tasks on daily basis without compromising results.

Participate in daily activities where you will collaborate with candidates, peers and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully

Should have experience in managing tight deadlines and meet expectations.

Results-oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with dynamic situations.

Qualification:

Experience working in a high-volume recruitment agency highly preferred. ·

Strong academic background – degree or diploma in technical, business, marketing or related field

Demonstrated 3-4 years of direct recruitment experience in IT industry.

Experience in a fast-paced environment, strong people skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to negotiate and close deals.

Excels in both oral and written communication and is proficient with Microsoft Office.

Ability to respond to the dynamic requirements of our clients.
