As
Assistant Manager – SEO & ASO

, you'll be the driving force behind our
organic growth across web and mobile app ecosystems

. In the competitive fintech space where trust, security, and speed matter, you'll craft strategies that ensure our brand ranks above competitors in both search engines and app marketplaces.

You'll combine
technical SEO skills, app store optimization expertise, and a deep understanding of financial consumer behavior

to capture high-intent users at every stage of the funnel. Beyond rankings, you'll ensure our digital presence communicates credibility, regulatory compliance, and product value to global diaspora audiences.

Key Responsible:

• Build
  keyword roadmaps

segmented by acquisition and retention
- Prioritize
transactional and geo-intent keywords

(corridor-specific: UK→PK, EU→Africa, Gulf→South Asia).
- Collaborate with content and product teams to
publish corridor pages, FAQs, and feature-led content

that capture both first-time users and repeat customers.

Technical SEO & Compliance Alignment

• Conduct
  technical audits

(indexing, schema for financial services, Core Web Vitals, mobile-first).
- Implement
structured data

for FAQs, financial product listings, and compliance-related pages (e.g., KYC, fees).
- Ensure SEO aligns with
regulatory requirements

(no misleading claims, transparent fee disclosures).

Content & Localization

• Partner with content teams to build
  multi-language landing pages

(Urdu, Bengali, Arabic, Amharic, etc.) targeting diaspora audiences.
- Ensure culturally relevant and
trust-building messaging

is reflected in blogs, FAQs, and app store descriptions.
- Create
content hubs

around related to multiple use cases (family support, education, emergencies).

ASO (App Store Optimization)

• Optimize
  App Store and Google Play listings

: metadata, keyword targeting, screenshots, preview videos.
- Highlight
trust signals

in creatives.
- Run
A/B experiments

on creatives and CTAs using tools like AppTweak/AppFollow.
- Localize app listings for key corridors and diaspora markets.

Link Building & Authority

• Build a
  backlink strategy

focused on financial blogs, diaspora communities, fintech publishers, and compliance authorities.
- Leverage
PR & community marketing

(awards, certifications, partnerships) for SEO authority signals.

Analytics & Growth Stack Integration

• Monitor organic funnel from
  search impression → app install → KYC → first transaction

- Integrate SEO & ASO data with
Firebase Analytics, MMP (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch), and CRM (Braze/HubSpot/Iterable)

.
- Build dashboards in
GA4/Looker Studio

tracking corridor-level organic performance, retention-driven queries, and LTV from organic installs.
- Analyze reviews & ratings to improve ASO and user perception

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years in SEO & ASO, ideally in
  fintech, payments, or high-traffic consumer apps

- Strong track record of growing
organic installs and traffic in highly competitive verticals

.
- Hands-on expertise with
SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, AppTweak, AppFollow

.
- Experience with
GA4, Firebase, and MMP integrations

for accurate attribution of organic traffic and installs.
- Deep understanding of
app store algorithms

and how financial compliance impacts listings and SEO content.
- Knowledge of
multilingual SEO & ASO

for diaspora markets.
- Strong collaboration with
compliance, product, and CRM teams

KPIs You'll Own

• Web SEO KPIs

: Organic sessions, CTR, keyword rankings (corridor + fintech terms), domain authority.
- ASO KPIs

: App store rankings, organic installs, install-to-KYC conversion rate, review sentiment.
- Business KPIs

: CAC from organic vs paid, % share of installs from organic, retention driven by SEO/ASO cohorts.
