Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing female western clothing brand located at the Mall of Lahore, embarking on an ambitious expansion journey across new outlets, product categories, and markets. To fuel our growth, we are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Fundraising Specialist to secure investments and funding from the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential investors, venture capitalists, and high-net-worth individuals for retail business expansion.
  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to attract investment for opening new outlets and increasing product categories.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and financial partners.
  • Prepare persuasive investment proposals, presentations, and business cases.
  • Coordinate meetings and negotiations with potential funders.
  • Track fundraising activities and provide regular progress reports to management.
  • Represent the brand professionally in networking events, business forums, and investor meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in banking sales, insurance sales, real estate sales, investment products, or high-value fundraising roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with investors and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver results under commission-based incentives.
  • Well-presented, professional, and confident personality.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience working with high-value clients and securing large-scale investments.
  • Familiarity with retail, fashion, or consumer goods sectors will be an added advantage.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based earnings during the initial phase.
  • Opportunity to transition into a full-time role with a fixed salary + commission based on performance and targets achieved.
