Vendor Manager – Western Female Clothing Brand

Company Overview:

We are a premium female western clothing brand based in the Mall of Lahore, expanding our retail ecosystem by onboarding complementary vendors such as ladies' shoes, clothing, accessories, and perfumes. We operate on innovative business models including expense-sharing, sales-based partnerships, and shop-to-shop collaborations.

Role Objective:

To identify, onboard, and manage retail vendors who align with our brand's style and clientele, driving mutual sales growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential vendors within ladies' shoes, clothing, accessories, and perfume categories.
  • Pitch and negotiate partnership models (expense sharing, sales percentage, co-location, or shop-to-shop arrangements).
  • Ensure all onboarded vendors align with the brand's quality, style, and customer expectations.
  • Draft and finalize vendor agreements and ensure compliance with terms.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with vendors for repeat and collaborative business.
  • Coordinate product placement, in-store displays, and joint promotions.
  • Track sales performance and provide periodic vendor performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in vendor management, retail partnerships, fashion industry sales, or B2B business development.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and product alignment in the fashion/lifestyle sector.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently under commission-based incentives.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and presentable personality.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in fashion retail, shopping malls, wholesale markets, or brand collaborations.
  • Existing network of relevant vendors in ladies' fashion and lifestyle products.

Compensation:

  • Commission on successfully onboarded vendors and generated sales.
  • Potential to move into a fixed salary + commission role upon consistent performance.
